Terms of use
Effective 15 September 2026. Using TinyScreen, its apps, website and related services means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
These terms are written for convenience and address everyone equally. If the Hebrew and English versions conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
You must be 18 or older to use the Service, or 16 or older with the consent of a parent or guardian. You confirm that the details you give when registering are accurate and that you will keep them up to date.
A new user may take a free trial of 7 days, once per computer. When it ends, some features require buying a licence. We may change or end the trial offer for new users at any time.
Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another user, and remain valid while the account exists. We may change how many credits an action costs; the current price is shown before the action.
The Service connects to outside services such as Discord, Google, Spotify, Twitch, Kick, Steam, Anthropic, Alpaca and PayPal. Using them is subject to each one's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or changes, and a third party withdrawing its interface may cause a feature to stop working.
Temperature, load and power readings depend on the computer's sensors and third-party components, and are approximate. They must not be relied on to protect hardware, and we are not responsible for damage to a computer or equipment.
We update the Service from time to time and may add, change or remove features. The Service is provided as is, and we do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or suitable for every computer or display. We may need to discontinue the Service, and would give notice in advance where possible.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damage, for loss of data, profits or opportunities, or for harm arising from using or relying on the Service. Where liability applies, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event.
You agree to indemnify the Operator for damage or expense caused by your breach of these terms or by content you created with the Service.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where possible. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, as described on the account deletion page and in the Privacy Policy.
What information is collected and how it is used are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms. The date of the update appears at the top, and a material change is also shown in the app. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated version.
These terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be heard by the competent court in Israel under the law. Nothing in these terms limits your right to sue in the court nearest you, including a small claims court, or any right the law gives consumers.
If a provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain in force. Not enforcing a right in one case does not waive it in future. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Operator about the Service.
