Account deletion

Delete your account

Deleting removes your account and everything linked to it from our servers. It cannot be undone.

Before you delete

Deleting also cancels your licence, any remaining credits, the wallpapers you bought or generated, and every connection. If you paid for a licence, it does not come back after deletion.

From the desktop app

Open TinyScreen and its settings window.
Go to the Account tab.
Choose Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. The app signs out and also removes the keys you connected that were stored on the computer.

Without access to the app

Email us from the address on the account and say you want it deleted. We will confirm the request came from you and delete it within 30 days at most.

What is removed

Your account and sign-in — email, password or Google sign-in.
Your licence, credits and their history.
The computers and phones you connected, and their snapshots.
The access tokens for every service you connected.
Generated wallpapers, the descriptions you wrote for them, and uploaded skin art.

What remains, and why

A record that a purchase took place — without name, email or any link to the account — because the law requires business records to be kept.
An encoded machine identifier that prevents repeated free trials, with no link to the account.
Information held by other services you connected, such as Discord or Google, stays with them. You can revoke TinyScreen's access there.
